Follow these steps to apply for Business Internet Banking
Please note: to register for Business Internet Banking you must be a Bank of Bermuda business customer of good standing. If you are not a customer and would like more information about our products and services, please click here.
Step 1 - Complete an application
Step 2 - Submit your application
- Drop off your completed application and resolution form at HSBC House, 68 West Bay Road, George Town, Grand Cayman or mail to Corporate Banking, HSBC Bank (Cayman) Limited, PO Box 1109, GRAND CAYMAN, KY1-1102.
Step 3 - Obtain your security credentials
- Your security credential will be distributed, usually within two weeks, based on the selections you made on the application form (mail or pick-up).
- If you chose mail, your security credentials will be mailed to you separately. If you wish to pick-up, you can collect your credentials from HSBC House, 68 West Bay Road, George Town, Grand Cayman.
Step 4 - Delegate Registration for Business Internet Banking
Already a Business Internet Banking Customer?
You may find these forms useful:
- Add accounts, change details or increase limits
Business customers (for a company which the Bank has already received a resolution) who wish to add accounts, increase limits or change details for the company and/or their primary users will need to complete a change form to the Company (pdf, 109kb) and/or each Primary User (pdf, 87kb) as applicable.
Business customers where the company has not submitted an Electronic Resolution will need to complete a change form for the Company (pdf, 109kb) and/or each Primary User (pdf, 87kb) as applicable and a Resolution (appropriate to the type of business being added, please refer links above)
- Create new delegate
Business customers who wish to add a new primary user will need to complete a New Primary User form (pdf, 84kb). Business customers that wish to add a new secondary user may do so online via their primary user (or users if dual control has been requested)
- Replace Security Token
Business Internet Banking user that requires a new token (old one is lost, stolen or faulty) should complete a Security Device Request Form (pdf, 27kb)
